Students read facts about poverty and compiled that data with info from Gang Leader for a Day in a graphic organizer.
Today was a sample SAT writing practice related to poverty.

Instead of our regularly scheduled activity, students instead reflected on what their goals are, and how their choices are or are not helping them achieve such goals.
In groups, students read pgs 113-129.
The questions were on socrative student.
In groups, we read pgs 83-95.
We used socrative student to answer questions.
We viewed the below videos, and filled out an organizer with info gleaned both from the video and then the class discussion.
