Today we read the myth story that explains the origins of the seasons and practiced Active Reading.
You were supposed to choose three of the six strategies, and complete two for each of the three strategies you chose.
The questions in the picture were to be completed on the back.
Today we practiced work keys styled PSAE questions.
Once we were finished, we worked on a vocabulary drills packet, which became HOMEWORK for many students.
Please remember that your grade sheets are due THIS FRIDAY for 20 points.
Today, our Tuesday writing focused on the argument article from last week: "Is America Becoming Unequal?"

Today we reviewed and practiced Active Reading.
We read the Greek myth "Echo and Narcissus" and practiced two of each type of active reading strategies. So, there should be a total of 12 items in your story.
Period 1 had their expectations meeting, so this is HOMEWORK, due Tuesday.
Also, remember that TOMORROW your article and worksheet on "Is America Unequal?" is due for discussion.
