Students played a root review game in anticipation of the assessment on Thursday.
Today, we are reading the history of trick or treating together, followed by planning and outlining a written response. Students will then write their response using the outline crafted by the class. Below is the article.
Students practiced their roots today! The assessment is THIS Thursday (as there is no school on Friday).
Using the attached article, students created two QAR questions for EACH type of QAR question. That means 8 total.
Student selected one of the two prompts listed below.
Writing in their composition books, students answered one of the prompts using paragraph structure and 3rd person.
Today we took notes on western civ roots. The assessment will be next Thursday, Oct. 27th.
