Yesterday, we worked on creating Mind Maps, Two-Column Notes, and Power Notes to organize information without having read anything.
Today, we're applying that ability by using these strategies to organize our writing. By using Thornton as our topic, we wrote a teeny paper using information we organized into our organizers about Thornton.
We will do something like this every Tuesday.
Your homework assignment is to write ONE paragraph on your own from the mind map/two-column notes/power notes that you took in class.
This is the seventh year Mrs. DeWitz has taught Freshman. It is her eighth year at Thornton.
